"The hotel was not anything like what it was presented on line. It smelled, there was trash in the hallways overnight. Our pillow cases were dirty, the bedding looked old and ragged, the noise from the road was loud, there was a homeless encampment next to the hotel that we could see out our window and there was no housekeeping for our 5 rooms the entire time we were there Thursday-Sunday "

"Several breakfast items were over even though there was an hour left for breakfast to be over. Items: fruit, yogurts. Also, since this was a pet friendly hotel (we didn't have one) there was a slight "pet" odor on the floor. Staff was courteous and good. Parking was safe - well lit. "

"This property is very deceiving, though it is listed as a pet friendly hotel they will charge you for every single thing. The hotel was not clean. There were cockroaches in the hallway, mold in the bathroom and rust stains all over the tub. For a hotel in the Wyndham chain that we were paying over $200 a night for I expected far better. This was a very disappointing experience and is enough that I would never stay with this hotel chain again. I heard from other guests that they charge them fees if they try to check in more than an hour early. I can tell you from my experience and some of the other guests experience from this weekend and this hotel will turn your card key off at least two hours before your checkout time. For a hotel that charges you for everything it seems odd that they try and kick you out early and not even tell you until you cannot get back into the hotel or into your room. I strongly urge anyone that needs a hotel in this area to look for other accommodations as this experience was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. "

"The room was pretty bare and not all that attractive. There was no place for two people to sit (only one office chair), so my husband and I ended up eating dinner and playing our board games just on the bed. The bed creaked whenever we moved. The breakfast had no low-carb options and very minimal options for protein, and the coffee tasted bad. While someone was using the toaster on the one “good” side of the toaster -while 4 more people waited in line to use the toaster- it caught on fire, yes, fire. My husband ended up putting the fire out and it took 5 people looking for the one staff member trying to do everything (breakfast, check out, etc) 2 minutes before he finally came in and checked out the situation. Yes, our room seemed relatively clean, and the overworked staff were friendly enough, but overall the property was unattractive and the breakfast was awful. "

"The firepit area was under construction so there was no access however the rest of the facility was excellent. Angela and Todd were very helpful during checking. The was an issue with our room not having accessible shower and they corrected it right away giving us an upgraded room with a walk in shower."

"The rooms appear outdated in person than in photos. Some of the outlets didn’t work. The bathroom was quite small. And worst part was the toilet did not properly flush. It ended up getting clogged and we couldn’t find anyone to help. One positive is that they offer free breakfast."

"I made reservations for a suite that was supposed to have a pullout sofa bed. The room was not a suite and it did not have a pullout sofa bed. That was the main reason I booked this hotel. The pictures aren’t accurate with what I got."
