Our stay was great! The room was clean, breakfast was included, and I loved that the hotel was next to bus stops (easy to get other places). Another plus—the water fountains that we used to fill up our water bottles. I will definitely be coming back!!

Good location near the highway. Clean and great amenities. Fast elevator and helpful staff if they had their pool repaired that would have been the perfect place to stay. But overall good quality stay. Will come again.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bed were comfortable. The TV in my room was poor quality and I was unable to turn captions on. That was not a showstopper, just a small negative. Everything was clean and functional.

The hotel was in a good location, there were open pipes leaking on buckets through the hallway which is weird and the remnants spilled on to the floor which they didn’t even try to clean but the rest of the hotel was clean as were the rooms. The breakfast ok and I liked that there was a hot coffee and tea station available at all times in the lobby.

Stayed here for one night on our way north to Canada, overall positive experience. Staff was friendly, the hotel lobby and hotel room were clean, breakfast was simple but nice. The parking lot area (free parking) was a bit sketchy and the outdoor pool was covered and out of commission despite it being mid July. The town of Elmsford was cute and quant. If you’re looking for a clean/easy spot to stay overnight, this hotel did the job… but was slightly more expensive than it should’ve been.

The Buffet was very disappointing! I think your customers are entitled to Real Egg, not round disks pretending to be eggs. You need to put a better selection of Fruit ( Bananas). There were only 2 cold cereals offered, both were sugar coated. I think you need to do a better job on the Breakfast Buffet!! The front desk agents were excellent, cordial and very proficient in their jobs…. They made checking in very easy! The rooms really do an upgrade, as one of the beds was very squeaky every time I moved. The furniture really needed some work, as they were very scratched!

The Emlsford New York Hampton Inn was excellent!!! I would highly recommend a stay there. Literally at the end of the exit / entrance ramp I-287. Very quick, efficient, and friendly check in! Very clean room! Love the bed, quality bedding and pillows. Love the bathroom amenities- full size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hairdryer, and quality towels. Great breakfast selection! I have absolutely nothing negative to say. 5 stars for everything at The Hampton Inn in Elmsford New York!!!

The room overall was clean however the chairs in the room had stains on them, did not appear clean enough to sit on. Room also did not a full length mirror. I have never had a hotel room that didn’t have one. I thought it strange. I felt the staff was not too friendly, sort of cold personality. Definitely not engaging to make me feel welcome. Breakfast was the usual. Powder eggs, dried up lukewarm potatoes and waffles. No fresh fruit for us Vegans etc, ugh. Parking was sufficient. There location was right off the main road and highway so that was a plus. However, I probably would not choose to stay there in the future.

The customer service was excellent and the staff helpful and courteous. This is an older property. We literally just slept there and left. The bathrooms are old and need to be renovated. Parking was fine. Good location. It is near a mobile/dunkin location. The bed and pillows were fine. It is not the Ritz but it met our needs.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast had a good variety of options and everything was fresh. The location was convenient, and parking was easy. Overall, the hotel provided excellent value for the price. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.
