"We had a two-bed suite with a balcony and view of the ocean. It was perfect! The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The hotel had an attached cafe that was perfect for coffee/breakfast. Great location right across from the beach, nice walk to the pier, and lots of restaurants. Everything was convenient and in walking distance. It was great!"

"The beds were amazingly comfortable even my kids commented on them. I was stuck in town extra days due to our flight being canceled. The staff made it easy to book more days and stay in the same room. The house keeping lady Helen was so sweet she gave us ideas on where to visit and eat around the city."

"Location was great for collecting a friend from a late night flight and for departing to Victoria. Check in/out was very efficient. Clear directions given of exactly when, where to catch the airport shuttle and return to the hotel via same. Room was clean, towels were lush, bath products were nice , not overly perfumed. Bathroom mirror frame could use a little repair. Beds were comfortable. Only recommendation is to avoid the adjoining Denny’s restaurant for breakfast. Plenty of Uber access to the city bus depot or direct to the ferry terminal. Will definitely stay again."
