"It was spacious and quiet!!!! It also had lots of lobby space and also outdoor seating area by the pool. The bed was comfortable as well. It was in a good central downtown location but about a block away from all the loud craziness of downtown. "

"All staff was excellent, and I appreciated the available coffee! Overall I thought the price I paid ($497) for two nights was far too high for the quality of the hotel, and I have regrets about booking at La Quinta. I do understand that it was SXSW and prices are likely higher around that time. "

"South Austin has really evolved lately in this hotel is very close to shopping and has relatively easy access to downtown via a short drive. The staff was very nice and I appreciated the cleanliness of the facility.. The gym was OK but somewhat limited compared to other hotels. The breakfast was amazing and had many many options. The only downside to the stay or some other guests that seemed to be enjoying some inhaled substances and being loud, but that’s not really the hotel‘s fault."
