"Beautiful location and decently clean. The view from the window facing the river was so gorgeous. The beds were not the most comfortable but the sheets were clean and neat. With no air conditioning it does tend to get pretty warm if you are staying in the summer even with the window open. Unfortunately you can hear a lot from other rooms around you as well as if anyone walks through the halls. We stayed in a room on the second floor of this two floor hotel and somehow it sounded like there were people above us sometimes. The sushi restaurant attached is super convenient and very delicious. Unfortunately we had to push a little to get full room service as when we asked the first time all they did was give us new towels but after finally getting full room service the room was nice and tidy. The fridge keeps things very nice and cold with a small freezer which was a nice surprise. Staff was kind and helpful. Overall a nice place to stay with nice looking rooms in a beautiful location with trails, paths, parks, stores, and museums close by. Would definitely stay there again."
"Hotel is still new, so carpets are fresh and no major wear and tear that most hotels show. Beautifully decorated! Nice layout.
Breakfast was good but over priced. Service was slow and they always used the excuse “I was busy”. Hmm. They have a few kinks to work out but otherwise very good. Stayed 7 nights.
Parking was $15/day - so budget for that before you go. On street parking is metered and one hr at a time."
"Très propre, bien situé pour accéder à l’aéroport. Seule critique est au niveau du contrôle de la climatisation qui ne semble pas efficace (trop chaud la nuit…)"
Sternwheeler Hotel & Conference Centre, Trademark by Wyndham
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel itself was excellent! Only concern was lack of parking availability. Had to park a block away at a meter & had to go out st 8am to plug meter or be ticketed."
