“This is a great hotel for a travelling stop over. Super rooms, staff and restaurant. Pool and saunas very nice. Easy and safe parking for cars and motorcycles.”

“Nice hotel everything needed for a comfortable stay, room was fine, slightly outdated but spacious & very clean which is the main thing. Bar area is good, happy and efficient staff. Car park facing the hotel albeit £12 to self park but for a City centre hotel that’s the way it is nowadays. “The hotel is nice. The hotel pub is the same. And the staff is polite. The coffee machine DID NOT WORK in the room. You couldn’t even put the mug (from the hotel room not my personal one) to pour coffee in it because it is too big. In the room there are no sockets. I wanted to charge my laptop and other devices, I didn’t have where. There are two “sockets” on one side and the other of the bed STRICTLY for phone cables. Meaning you insert the cable directly. “The swimming pool is out of order at the moment. was not notified of this when booking only a couple of days before I arrived. I was allocated room 56. Make sure you don’t get this room unless there is a heatwave. It was so cold that I had to ask to be moved during the night. The radiator does not appear to work in the room. I stayed for 3 nights, two of which had road closures outside the hotel . On the Sunday the road was closed from 7 am to 1 pm so could not leave unless you walked - and...
