This is a great property to stay and meets all of my needs. The front desk associate, Maria, was friendly and helpful. The parking is easy; the location is convenient. The morning coffee is always fresh. Great place to stay.

The room was very neat and clean. The hotel was close to amenities. The bed was too hard for me to sleep on and the toilet sat too low with no bar to help pull myself up. I also had issues with the cable service. Half of the available channels were advertisement channels.

The staff was very helpful & friendly! There is no continental breakfast, don’t bother trying the room coffee packets as they are horrible; the lobby coffee is much better. Free water bottles are available for the asking at the front desk, so nice! The shower stall needs updating, as it has a shower curtain which doesn’t keep the water from leaking out & the ledge to the shower is low, it which doesn’t retain the shower water; there is water all over the floor with every shower taken.

Convenient location near I 35. Penny's Diner within easy walking distance and open 24 hours. I stayed 6 nights and the room was only cleaned once and that was at my request. No coffee maker in the room.

Good stay, wrong town

The facility was clean, staff super friendly however…our only 2 dislikes were the firmness of the mattress and shower water pressure was not that great. The mattress was extremely hard, but that’s our non preference. We booked here by accident and realized after our confirmation email that this wasn’t the town we were working in. It’s a small town, not a lot to choose from for restaurants, but there is a good Mexican restaurant downtown.

We were informed by staff that the Internet was slow but we were in the best spot to get a connection. We were unable to get any connection and when we went to ask at the front desk we were told we were out of luck that there was nothing they could do. The hotel is used by railroad staff and people were coming and going all night long. Not a restful place to stay.

There is a diner walkable distance. What I did not like was the small area they had with coffee. The coffee machine was old and duty. They should remove that completely. Bed sheets had some stains. But overall it was ok. There are no other options in that area.

Not only is the hotel across from a meat processing plant which made everything in the room and outside smell like death. They also charged me three different times for the room charge in addition to what was paid to Expedia. And was told on the phone that the manager has a whole list other rooms she has to refund and will get to it eventually

When we went to our room (after 6 p.m.) we discovered that it hadn't been made up from the previous occupant. We went to the main desk, and the friendly gentleman said it would take at least 30 minutes to get another room ready for us. After driving 450 miles we were ready to settle in, but we entertained ourselves at the local Walmart till a room was ready. No other problems
