Durch Zufall entdeckt. Haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Ultranettes Personal - eher 6 Sterne statt 5 Sterne.(Kann man aber leider nicht geben) Von Anfang bis Ende ein wunderschöner Kurzurlaub. Können uns auf auf jeden Fall vorstellen nochmal dorthin zu gehen.

Das Personal ist echt spitzenmäßig, sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist super, da ist alles vorhanden und das Abendessen ist ebenso sehr gut.
Die Betten Quietschen und es ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Wie man sehen kann wird Investiert aber es geht eben nicht alles auf einmal.
Für ein zwei drei Nächte aber voll ok.

Geräumige Junior Suite mit Hartboden (positiv). Matratzen eher gewöhnungsbedürftig, relativ soft. Geräusch des Lüfters im Bad erinnerte etwas an ein Modellflugzeug. Tradition schwingt bei einigen Details noch erkennbar mit ...
Hervorragend und individuell empfanden wir den Frühstücksservice, sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Kellner.
Guter Zimmerservice, saubere Zimmer.
Ausgezeichnete Küche. Frühstück und a la Carte Dinner in Qualität und Quantität tadellos. Dieses Küchenteam hat wirklich ein Lob verdient.
Haben die hoteleigenen Angebote wie Sauna, Pool und Wellness aufgrund des wunderschönen Schwarzwald-Wetters nicht genutzt, haben uns nur einen visuellen Eindruck verschafft. Schwimmbad auch im Hochsommer nur bis kurz vor 19 Uhr offen.

C'est la 1ere fois que je donne un avis aussi négatif . J'ai été déçue dès l'arrivée. Un accueil cordial et un check-in rapide et efficace . Mais une surprise de taille : derrière le guichet de reception , la piscine ! Les clients en maillot de bain pendant que je rempli les formalités, aucune intimité, du jamais vu. La chambre propre mais minimaliste au possible, la cabine de douche minuscule. Le soir , menu 4 plats à 37euros par personne ni bon ni mauvais. Composé de salade, soupe , viande ou poisson au choix et une boule de sorbet. Buffet de salades à moitié vide et pas rechargé. La carte des plats est très restreinte et excessivement chère : asperges + jambon à 27 euros. Petit déjeuner sans aucune viennoiserie. Mais du saumon fumé .... points positifs : les 2 saunas sont agréables, et le panorama est beau. L'hôtel est totalement isolé , à prendre en considération. Il affiche 4 étoiles mais pour avoir souvent séjourné en forêt noire dans des 4 étoiles, je ne suis pas d'accord. Pas du tout. Je ne le recommanderai pas.

Wir kamen für eine kleine Auszeit im Schwarzwald hierher und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Ganz besonders gefiel uns die familiäre Atmosphäre und das tolle Abendessen.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr guter Küche.
Zimmer hatte leider keinen Balkon oder Patio wie versprochen. Ausreichend Parkplätze und gute Wanderstrecken die direkt am Hotel starten.

Un WE à la montagne
Bel hôtel, le dîner était bon mais le service un peu trop rapide, c est souvent le cas en Allemagne.
Si vous n aimez pas les chiens, passez votre chemin car ils sont les bienvenus, rassurez vous, ils sont tous adorables et bien dressés. Il y a de nombreuses promenades à faire, venez avec des chaussures de marche car vous êtes en moyenne montagne.
