"We stayed the first night opening and it showed. The staff was nice, but they did not have access to housekeeping areas, so our room had NO cooking utensils, hair dryer, or enough pillows for our bed, and there was no way for them to provide them because they had no key. And…the elevator was out of order…thankful that we were on the first floor! If you need or want any amenities, check before you accept the room. I do expect that things will improve with time. Would we book here again…probably not!"

"I had a little trouble working the door because I neglected to push the pound sign after the numbers. Staff is available immediately on the phone. The entry is beautiful and smells glorious. The room seems more spacious than most motel rooms. But the greatest amenity of all was the lovely deep rectangular shaped tub. I would easily book at this hotel again. "
