"The property in whole is terrible and needs repairs. The staff at the front desk were helpful and nice. The staff for breakfast were very rude, terrible customer service! Breakfast very limited and when asked for more of anything it was a problem. Both days we stayed the women who worked the breakfast bar were not to be found and when you did they both were rude and didn’t want to be bothered with replenishing anything. Terrible customer service! Parking lot was sketch at night. Not great lighting and people hanging around in the parking lot. The pool was nice. The rest of the property was poorly kept. Hole in flooring under sink. Air conditioner was falling apart. Foundation was cracked and also had a gaping hole. The cleanliness was terrible in the room. The last night there was no hot water. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!"

"The hotel was very clean, the food was average, and the staff were very friendly. The only issue was the bathroom: when you take a shower, the entire floor gets wet because there is no door—just a curtain that doesn't help keep the water in."

"This hotel was nothing like the pictures except for the room. However,the place is just rundown and dirty! The bathroom was peeling and had mold on the ceiling. There was definitely a roach also. The exterior was also very dirty! These pictures were doctored. I wasn't expecting five stars but this place was horrible!"
