Loved the property. Much more upgraded than many of the other condo unit property. It’s a bit out of the way from shops etc. Will absolutely book again.

This is such a beautiful resort and spotless rooms. The bed and sheets were amazingly comfortable. Isn’t that really the first thing you need to get right ! Nice staff and super easy parking etc. Williamsburg are is gorgeous as a bonus. Will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel was great. The staff helpful and interactions easy. They answered the phone. The only downside is the address on a gps takes you into gated private roads.

I liked the clean atmosphere. Also the hospitality of the staff. And there were so many activites to participate in . The parking was a plus. The family enjoyed the scavenger hunt. And the rooms were well kept . Then on the flip side the internet was down often .

In 2 bd villa Full size washer and dryer, kitchen and dining room. Sleeper sofa. Clean and great customer service. Will stay here every time I come to the area.

Beautiful room! Well designed and feature full. We loved the quiet and high end neighborhood that the resort is located inside of. A short drive from all the attractions, but so lovely we almost didn’t want to leave the room!

The heated pools are beautiful, clean and open late all year round. Also really enjoy the on-sight bike rental!

Although it was a brief stay, we enjoyed the property. The room was nicely appointed, with a very comfortable bed! We will definitely stay there again for a longer period!

The room was very clean (but the whole room smelled very strongly of chlorine when we arrived) and tastefully decorated. There were many available activities. However, the room didn't get clean during our stay (we only stayed 2 nights, so I don't know if the room would have been cleaned at one point), and you are asked to get rid of your trash yourself. Not a big deal, but not something I expect to do when paying for a hotel room. In addition, there's no breakfast option to speak of (even though it was an option on the website) unless you want to pay $4 for a cup of coffee and buy a wrapped muffin. That was disappointing. Our fridge was not working. They sent a very nice gentleman to look at it in the evening. When he could not fix it, he brought another fridge. Unfortunately, the fridge was too big to fit in the space, so it was put under the window, and it literally froze our food instead of keeping it cold. But at least, they tried to help. When I asked the lady at the reception about downtown Williamsburg, she said she had no idea.

Mixed feelings,not as good as first visit but good
The view from my villa was absolutely beautiful. Enjoyed the screen in porch and table until it rained, came back out later and half of the porch and the table was covered in slugs which were creepy. Had to use cups of hot water to get rid of them but had to stay in for a rest of night. Didn’t like the bathroom, It was kind of small and the shower bench did not feel secure enough to use. Reminds me of the tile from the showers at the pool. Last visit had a nice glass shower. This one was not appealing and did not like the shower curtain and the flooring. The room had a bad smell so I used a lot of Lysol. Didn’t help much, smelled stale and as if the carpet needed cleaning. It was however quiet. The bedding was clean and the jacuzzi tub was a plus
