I would recommend this hotel. They have a great check out time (12pm). The rooms are clean and spacious. I even received warm cookies upon check in.

Of the two rooms I rented one had only 1 chair, a hard high back and the second room didn’t have a phone and the toilet flusher didn’t work properly. Also the door key was unreliable.

You can pretty much count on a Hilton Double Tree to be pretty standard no matter where you go but this particular hotel was gross. Parking was easy. The Lobby was inviting and looked recently remodeled. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful but the condition of the rooms was not good. If I hadn't checked in at midnight and prepaid I would have left. The duvet had no cover on it- like someone forgot to put it on. Same with the pillows, and the bed was made so the covers only come up to your waist. There were no liners in the trash cans or the ice bucket, no covers on the glasses, and the toilet was super short- like from the 1970's -and stained. My son and I slept in our clothes, with a hoodie over our hair just because it felt too skeevy to put our heads on the exceptionally soft pillows (and not soft in a good way) and we mdidn't use the bathrooms at all. I would have switched rooms but this was the third room we were given- for no reason except bad luck, and the people on staff tried so hard to be helpful, and this was clearly no fault of theirs. But this property is lacking. The doors were heavy metal, and slammed hard it sounded like we were getting locked into a prison cell from Shashank. The front staff made up for the gross room-but I think the housekeeping department may need some refreshers on...well....everything. I won't be staying here when I visit again. This is the first negative review I have ever left, but I think it warranted it.

Nice hotel but beware that loud parties at a risk
The restaurant has a nice breakfast buffet. It would have been nice to have coffee available in the evening as the coffee one makes in the room is just ok. Our room was cleaned only one time that I am aware of even though we only had the do not disturb sign up on the first day of the three day stay.

Great!
Our refrigerator was broken and they replaced it within minutes of me calling downstairs. The front desk attendants were very nice. The food was good. Drinks were great. My only complaint would be that the rooms need microwaves, but there is one downstairs to use, If needed. I still give 5 stars. I really enjoyed my stay.

Not pleased on the last day
My trip and stay was wonderful until the last day. The room is clean and comfortable. I was attending a 3 day seminar at the hotel. On my last day, I hadn't checked out yet, I came up on a break and found that they had cleaned my room and removed my bag and food. I found my bag by the cleaning cart and then had to hunt down the food that was leftover from a very expensive meal. I am just in awe that they removed my stuff when I hadn't checked out yet.
