Clean, modern room. Friendly staff. Nicely kept property. Convenient location. Nice amenities and my favorite, a really good value. No real complaints. The only thing I would note is that breakfast was a bit mediocre. Perhaps it is par for the course at this price point but I'd recommend upgrading the menu with fresher items and something hot other than waffles and coffee.

Very pleased with our stay. Room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant. They have a very nice patio area equipped with grills, tables and chairs. We go to Wilmington frequently and know where we stay from now on.

The building was pretty run down and smelled bad. Two of the lights in our room didn’t work. The staff was really nice though. Breakfast was limited.

The room was clean and a great bed. The breakfast while we were there was just cereal and making your own waffles. My biggest issue as being a woman, I did not feel comfortable taking my dogs out by myself. My husband did it at night. There seemed to be people hanging out at their vehicles drinking and being loud. I didn't feel safe being out there during the day and even more so at night. It's sad because the room was great

Affordable! Staff were amazingly helpful. Breakfast was tasty. 15 minutes from the beach. Saved money by using the room’s kitchenette to feed our brood of children. A win all around.

I appreciated the extra living space in the room but the couch was stained and I’m not a fan of carpet in hotel rooms. But the rest of the room was clean. Breakfast was okay. Typical hotel breakfast items. Pool and ice maker are at the hotel next door. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Facility was clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. Nutella packets were a hit with my girls! We got a room with a kitchen. There were some cooking utensils, but I wouldn’t plan to do more than heat up food. There were only a few plates and pieces of silverware. You can ask for extra items like instant pot, blender, air fryer etc. Housekeepers were very cheerful and accommodating. Pool is shared with hotel next door.

The staff was super friendly, however, this property manager is not taking the time (and money) to update and properly clean this place. Horrible stains on carpets and sofas, pullout mattress was unsleepable. Only stayed here in a pinch, never will again.

Great spot close to the college, which was perfect for a college tour. Beds were soft and comfortable with good linen. Towels were a little thin, but the room was nice and clean and there was plenty of room even with two dogs three kids and two adults we missed being able to go to the pool because it was too cold and then it rained and although it says it’s open in the beginning of April, it wasn’t
