I am sorry you did not have a better stay with us. Also, I regret to hear our refunding of more than two nights of your eight-day stay was unsatisfactory. It is just difficult for us to reconcile a guest claiming their stay was so terrible they should not have to pay anything, with the fact that they stayed eight nights at our property.
