The Rooms were clean and modern. The breakfast was surprisingly good. The price was good considering. But the common areas were dirty. The hot tub and baby pool and public restroom were dirty. The front desk lady was rude.

The hotel's Expedia listing tells you you must make your reservation before they will provide the phone number to check whether a pet-friendly room is available. I made a reservation, no pet-friendly room was available, I cancelled immediately, and they refused a refund. Expedia was no help in resolving the issue, and the hotel manager ignored my emails.
