BeeBops Grill was an unexpected find after spending the day hiking in the outskirts of Ohio's Amish country. I was in the mood for a burger and would have settled on anything that wasn't a chain. I was lucky enough to stumble upon BeeBops. I got a 1/2lb bacon cheeseburger. The burger came topped with provolone AND there was even more provolone stuffed inside the burger! The accompanying onion rings were huge, crispy and crunchy. I only got a half order, but the fat kid inside me was pining for more! As a guy who normally skips condiments, I was won over by the horseradish heavy dipping sauce. As a side note, I saw numerous patrons ordering the daily special. It was a mountainous twin peaked plate of the aforementioned onion rings and lightly fried fish fillets. If you find yourself hungry and in Wilmot, skip past the numerous Amish buffets and give BeeBop's a shot.

The cabins are always very clean, in good working order, and well supplied. The owner is great to work with and very helpful. The location of the cabins is great because it is very near downtown Berlin, but is off of a beautiful scenic road. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Verified traveler

When we lived in Ohio we visited many of the sites listed on the previous page. This trip we stopped at Winesburg Meats and the Walnut Creek bulk store before heading back to NC.

It's a bit far from some of the commercial areas of Amish country but easy to travel to many of the tourist areas. The little town of Wilmot is not why I go....I go for the Inn.
