Lovely place to stay ,would use the Al la carte to eat the buffet was a bit basic,. Special mention has to be for Sophia the lovely receptionist that checked us in what a lovely young lady and so helpful . Would stay again

The estate is beautiful! There was a very large wedding going on and it still didn't feel crowded at all. I wish they'd have a bit of more accessible info (like a pamphlet) about the property and its history -- I mainly just had to read on wikipedia about it. The room was terribly stuffy, though. There was no ventilation and you couldn't open the windows at all. It was cool weather outside, but the room was too warm even with the radiator turned off.
