"Parking was right out front which was convenient after surgery so I did not have to walk far. It did fill up by late afternoon, but there was always ONE spot when we needed it. Breakfast was alright, not the best variety. "

"Staff was welcoming and kind, upgrading our room because we stayed for a week. Sunrise view from the 25th floor was spectacular! Restaurant/bar is a solid choice and the sunset view from the full wall of windows was really lovely. The room itself was also decent. The bed was comfortably firm and the variety of pillows allowed good choice for comfort. The bottom sheet did not stay put so by morning, we were sleeping directly on the mattress pad so that wasn’t great. No live TV so bring your streaming log in info if that’s important to you. Other than that, it was a great stay in a central downtown location. "

"the room was good. slight language barrier with some of the staff. parking was extra $12.00. the area of the city's downtown core is a little sketchy. decor is a little dated. but overall all was fine"

"Hotel was being used as a housing unit for some misplaced individuals. We thought it would be fine so we proceeded with our stay at the hotel only to arrive and immediately ask that we be switched to a new hotel. Floors 1-9 were FULL, consequently could not use any of the amenities they had to offer us. We were escorted even in the elevators by security with random people running in and out of the building a very unsettling experience. Area around the hotel was not nice either. "

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I had appointments at St Boniface hospital and it is walking distance to that. I was disappointed that there wasn't a microwave in the room. I had leftover from my lunch meal and I had to take it down to he front desk for them to heat. When I asked the girl why there wasn't a microwave she said that they offer 2 restaurants so she didn't see the need for microwaves. I'm not a fan of the rainhead shower which is what they have but that's just a personal preference. I would stay again only if I had early appointments at St. Boniface hospital."

"We love this hotel! It feels smaller and very service oriented. The staff were amazing! The Gold service was absolutely excellent with a wonderful breakfast each day and friendly and professional Concierge. The location of the Fairmont Winnipeg is also perfect for all sorts of walking or exploring cafes, bars and restaurants in the Exchange District. Love it!"
