The property was unclean and squalor like. The assigned room's bathroom floor had standing water, the table lamp between the beds did not work, the phone did not work, and the TV guide in the book directory did not match the TV nor did the TV's guide show what was on a particular channel. I alerted the office, so they moved us to another room, downstairs. This room's phone did not work, nor the TV guide. There was no vent fan for the bathroom which caused the bathroom, where the clothes closet was, to be humid. Also, I had to put down at check in a $100 deposit which I did not get back. We did not want to stay another night, so, we checked out the next morning. The gentleman at the desk explained because I booked the motel through Expedia, he could not give me a statement or refund. I would have to contact Expedia to obtain a refund for the remaining 3 nights. I have done this. However, Expedia is having difficulty getting someone to answer the phone to affirm what I told them. Very disappointing and frustrating.
