after 10pm a man entered my room, he had a card. I informed the hotel staff, they treated me indifferently. I ordered a king bed and received a small single bed. it was noisy all night from the train.

The front desk staff was fantastic. Overall the rest staff were super helpful. Parking was simple and the location of the hotel with woods and the beach was great. It would be nice if the booking system allowed one to choose a city or woods/sea facing rooms.

Alles im großen und ganzen war es ein schöner Kurzurlaub in Polen.Die Lage des Hotels ist super zum Strand 100m und zur Bars,Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca 500m.Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet und macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Allerdings Die Parkmöglichkeiten die waren so mhh. Das Parken auf den Schotter Parkplatz kostet 35zl pro Nacht und das Parken in der Tiefgarage kostet 50zl die Nacht. Die Preise sind meiner Meinung nach sehr teuer. Aber im großen und ganzen war es ein gelungener Urlaub in diesen schwierigen Zeiten. Das Hotel hat das Hygiene Konzept perfekt im Griff und man fühlt halt wegen der Maskenpflicht ein bisschen eingeschränkt aber dass hat man überall momentan.

This place consists of the main hotel area, and 2 connected structures, which are the rental apartments. This is not clearly described on the booking site. We stayed in the attached rental apartment due to poor description during booking. 1 tiny bedroom, small living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. All facing a fairly busy street. Very basic, but ok. The bedroom does not have AC which was very disappointing for a 4* “hotel”. There is an AC unit in the living room just above the sofa bed, but no way for the cold air to get to the bedroom. We tried. It was +30C during our stay and the room was hot. Opening the window doesn’t do much, and makes it impossible to sleep due to the outside noise. We were offered a portable fan, which we never got (did not insist on it either). Beds are uncomfortable. Overall, the room gives a vibe of a roadside motel, rather than a comfy hotel room. With that said, the rest of this complex amenities are very nice. The rooftop area is excellent with the infinity pool, and the deck overlooking the see and the port. Breakfast was good. Superb dining at the hotel restaurant despite long wait. Pool/relaxation area was great. The view of the woods was amazing. Things to do for children. Very close to the public beach (overcrowded, and not recommended). No hotel cabanas/beds available to rent. We were expecting a slightly higher standard, and were hoping for a similar experience to the one we had at “Dom Zdrojowy” in Jastarnia.

Wekendowy pobyt

Bardzo pomocna obsługa, czysto, aczkolwiek widać, że fotele w jadalni już sporo przeszły. Hotel bardzo dba o względy sanitarne w czasie pandemii, za to duży plus. Oszklona łazienka fajna, ale mało wygodna, mało miejsca w środku. W małym basenie wewnętrznym gdzie są bąbelki jak w jacuzzi daje się wyczuć dość mocny zapach grzyba, do poprawy, szczególnie że wszędzie w hotelu jest czysto. Poza tym dużo atrakcji, duży wybór saun, basen na dachu super. Masaże i zabiegi kosmetyczne profesjonalne, polecam. Bardzo blisko do morza. Duża oferta animacji dla dzieci oraz zajęć dla dorosłych, można prawie nie wychodzić z hotelu i się nie nudzić.

Nowy i wygodny

Pokuj super. Sniadanie ok. Baseny i inne atrakcje wymagaja rezerwacji. Pociag jezdzi blisko i trabi.

Wonderful resort

We had a very pleasent 3 days stay - 2 adults and 2 teens. The pool on the roof-top was nice and not crowded even though it is to the small size. Breakfast was great, the same every morning however - but good variety. We do not know if it is because of Corona, but our room wasn't cleaned during our stay (No new towels, removal of garbage etc.) The hotel is central to the beach as well as the town. I would recommend renting the bikes, and go by the bikelane to Hel Peninsula.

Ogólne wrażenie dobre. Można by popracować nad obsługą klienta. Część pracowników jest nieprzeszkolona pod kątem pracy w hotelu i bywa niemiła dla gości. Znajomi zarezerwowali pokój a okazało się że mieszkają w mocno odbiegającym w standardzie apartamencie z bardzo małym łóżkiem. Oferta jest niejasna dla rezerwujących i wprowadza w błąd.

Duża zaleta hotelu jest położenie bardzo blisko płazy. Śniadania bardzo pyszne można zabrać drugie śniadanie dla dziecka ze sobą cicho i spokojnie bardzo ładny basen jedynym utrudnieniem była przeszklona łazienka mimo ze można było ja zasłonić to jednak dziecko w każdej chwili odsłaniało zasłonę

Es ist ein Kinderbett auf dem Zimmer! . Erst nach 2maligen fragen wurde dies entfernt. Wahrscheinlich soll dies das "schlafsofa" darstellen

Fantastyczne miejsce

Wspaniałe miejsce. Zarówno obsługa jaki i obiekt oceniam 11/10. Osobiście myślę że jest to najlepsza baza noclegowa we Władysławowie i okolicy. Ogromny plus za basen oraz pokój zabaw dla dzieci

Najlepszy na Pomorzu.
