A very tastefully renovated in Art Deco style small hotel, centrally located within the town. A great restaurant with good choices and friendly staff. Breakfast was not included in room rate but very reasonably priced. Parking at rear of hotel is limited but council car park is directly across the lane and plentiful. Happy to recommend and will stay there again.

From the time you arrive the staff are some of the friendliest you will meet, lots of local tips for eating and general Armidale info.
Definitely gonfor a refurbished they are nearly done with thrm all but they are very clean spacious and beds really comfy

Great quiet, convenient place for our 2 night stay. The unit had everything we needed and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was a bit too firm for our liking, but otherwise everything was excellent.

Travelled to Armidale for family christening. We booked 4 rooms and were able to stay next door to each other. Great Motel close to town. Very clean and well appointed. Friendly staff and very helpful. Would definately stay here again when back in Armidale.
