Top Wood Islands Visitor Information Centre Hotel Reviews
Rodd Charlottetown
6/10 Okay
"Got there two hours before check in time. Our room was ready however they wanted to charge $30.00 for early check in. I never paid an early check in charge and told them so. They took all my check in info but I had to wait two hours to get the room key. There are many other options in Charlottetown so I will not be staying with Rodd Hotels next time."
"Easy to get to tourist areas & downtown, reception was friendly & helpful from where to eat, how to get u-ride drivers when we needed, we axtually extended out stay an extra day before going back to Halifax. Hats off to Kerstine, she went over & above to make our stay great. "
"The bedding and the bathroom seemed clean. There was some black on the white caulking around the tub. The back of the bathroom door was dirty. Around the main door there were gaps and the wind was whistling through the cracks. There was some stains on the ceiling too.
The first room was very musty and my daughter had to change rooms because the roof started to leak. We had 2 rooms."
"Such a wonderful hotel! From check in to check out all the staff were so friendly and helpful! Soft baked cookies, happy hour drinks, great breakfast and excellent service. Would highly recommend this to anyone. Perfect walking distance to the water, many shops and restaurants"
