My daughter, wife and I enjoyed our stay for 9D.
My daughter, wife, and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The room was spacious, and clean, However, on the 2nd day of our stay, the room was not clear, especially on the floor although housemaid cleaned up. The shampoo and conditioners were not refilled, and I needed to go to the front desk and asked them. The staff, especially, Jill, Anthony, and Marvin always showed their warm and kind smile, although the fatty, black woman at the front desk didn't. The swimming pool wan not big, and the length was 10 meters. My daughter enjoyed her swimming, but I didn't since the pool was small to me and the water was not clean. The fitness was nice to use various devices.

This hotel was super clean. Upon opening the room door, there was a fresh lemon-like scent, smelled really great. The kitchen area and refrigerator was spotless. The sofa super clean, the floors, bed, and bath area all very clean. No dust, no stains, no scents, and no spots. I was very pleased with my stay here and would gladly book again when needed. Concierge staff was also very polite, professional, and helpful. Thank you!

Go somewhere else.
The sofa bed wasn't made up in advance as requested. The TV console cabinet was falling apart. The bathroom was very awkward arrangement with the door and toilet.

Very comfortable suite , clean and spacious Exactly what we wanted. Would stay in this type of room for an extended time. As well. Breakfast with everything we needed.

Maria at the front desk was super nice and helpful!! Maria the manager was very kind to us and warmed coffee for my 70 year old mom! She made sure our room was perfect. I would definitely stay again!!!!

While the bed was comfortable, the room as a whole was not. Broken and missing door knobs in the room was unacceptable to me. There were no drawer storage for our clothing and we were there for a week.

I absolultey loved the front desk staff. I did not get the young lady's name that checked me in and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. She was went above and beyond her duties. And the young man in the evening was exceptional as well.

Our room had several repairs that needed to done. The bathroom and kitchen faucets were leaking. The main TV did not work. The closet door was broken, bathroom tiles broken and TV panel fell off. This room (203) needs repairs before allowing others to stay there. The staff was friendly. The breakfast ran out every few minutes and one person was trying to keep it stocked. I would stay again but, check out the rooms prior to unpacking. Location is great.
