Woodland, New Jersey hotel rooms at the Independent

everything was great except when I inquired about late check out on saturday evening, I was told that only one person could approve that and she didn't come in until 9am on Sunday. I had to be out by 6:45am and wanted to come back at 11:30am to pack my room, etc -- but was told that they could not assist me. It might be helpful if there is someone that can approve/accomodate these requests the night before instead of risking getting charged an extra night. I opted to pack my room and check out...

I went to Tomsriver to visit family and friends. I chose the clarion from prior reviews and they were so right. The rooms were clean and fresh, the staff, house keeping to front desk were so kind and pleasant. The Resturant/ bar fabulous. The pool was the biggest hit for my grand-daughter, she and I give the Clarion a triple thumbs up. Thank- you clarion we will be back. Maria strayer

Hotel is close to shops and close to the cheapest petrol station of the state ($1,87 per gallon) Fresh baked bread (not the ordinary sweet stuff) available at bakery Luna around the corner but even better in the mexican shop next door to Luna.

The staff was very friendly and my stay was very pleasant. The only gripe I had was that the shower didn’t have much hot water

I come to Hilltop every year on my hunting trip.The rooms are clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay.I won’t stay anywhere else in the area.

All the Hilton Garden Inn workers knew their jobs, were hospitable and very helpful. They made us feel at home!

The ambience at Hotel LBI is first class. The staff are warm and very attentive. The food is very good and portions are large. The indoor pool is stunning and amazing. A shout out to Griffin for making my three small children and my stays always memorable.

Our stay was very nice, has been one of the best hotels we have been too in a while. Unfortunately during our stay we seen hair on some of the towels before using then, there was no hair dryer in the bag, and there is not a microwave to warm up your food if you needed one. Other than that was a really good stay and would definitely come back again.

I normally stay at mid level hotels like Hampton Inn or Candlewood Suites. However, I was only needing a room to sleep basically since we were in town to go Six Flags Great Adventure and they did not close until midnight the night we were there. We arrived at the hotel earlier then we expected, around 1:30 PM and the gentleman at the front desk was extremely friendly and allowed us to check in without paying the $15.00 early arrival fee.
