Every staff member we encountered was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional stay. We had access to the Executive Lounge, which was incredible — excellent food, delicious drinks, and attentive staff who made the experience extra special. The team consistently offered great recommendations for local dining, shopping, and cultural experiences, which made exploring Bangkok even more enjoyable. The location is perfect — just a short walk to MBK and other major shopping malls, and directly connected to the BKK Airport Rail Link, making travel to and from the airport so convenient. We absolutely loved this hotel and will be recommending it to everyone we know. In my opinion, you couldn’t find a better place to stay in Bangkok!"

"Breakfast not included. Elevators were biggest problem, running slow Otherwise this was the perfect stay. Staff is friendly, attentive, great service. I would stay here again. Location is also great with access to ferries up and down the river. Very convenient bc traffic is terrible. "

"From the room to the staff everything was incredible. I wasn’t aware and/or a fan that it was off the main road and down, what I would call, an alley. But other than that I would say excellent. I would suggest that you add a light in the area right inside the door and where luggage is stored. "
