The sheets were stained, bugs in the room and the smell of curie everywhere. While they clearly had an Indian restaurant on site, they did not make any breakfast or coffee, paid or otherwise available to guests. When checking in, the staff were all just sitting around staring at you. Was a little creepy. Very poor customer service.

Dated but clean and fresh
Second time I've stayed. This is a great place for a weary traveller who just needs to sleep and move on. The property is dated but kept clean and fresh. The price is very reasonable and great for an overnight stay. The staff has been very friendly and accommodating each time.

The rooms are clean, albeit dated, and comfortable. If it's just an overnight stay it's perfect. Staff was very nice, though we only had interaction at check-in and checkout.

We were unhappy because they advertise breakfast and there was none,not even coffee!! Also, they advertise WiFi and there was none.

Yes, there are many issues that could be nit-picked, and the property is dated and in need of maintenance. Having said that, the motel is very budget priced, and the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. A nice benefit was that the two bed "suite" we booked had a separate closed bedroom with a queen bed in each room, which is really a nice feature when traveling with a family. This is not a destination resort, but is a comfortable place to spend a night when traveling through the area.

Inexpensive and riendly welcome While the unit seemed generally clean, I saw ants in the bathroom and twice had fleas land on me. When I tried to report the insects at check out, there was nobody in the office.

Two double bed room. Was nice to have a separate room for the second bed; however, in that room there was no light by the bedside, and nowhere to hang any thing. Fortunately it did have a couple of wall plugins.

We checked in at midnight. It took forever for the woman running the front counter to greet us. When she did it was like we woke her up from a nap and she was completely bitter about it. Did not make us feel welcome after our long drive. Couldn’t find out reservation and didn’t seem to make any effort to try and find it, just shook her head. I found the Expedia booking number and showed her. She gave us our keys but didn’t tell us where are room was we were to ‘find’ it ourselves.

Shower is a little broken, still have hair in the tub. Room smell good, but the soap are very dry, probably long time ago. A place near the border, one night rest before back to the US road trip on xmas day, doesn’t expected too much from it
