"My room had a leak in the bathroom ceiling, toilet was leaking and found a bedbug in the room. I was only given a $100 discount and still had to pay $650 to stay there. Awful."

"The room was clean & quiet. No carpet which is a big plus for me. The room had minimal furnishing - there was no bedside chair or a table to eat at. Not crazy about having to park so far from our room, front parking lot and have to go through the reception area and walk out the back to the room. The bed was VERY FIRM, felt like I was sleeping on a box springs covered with a sheet. Even tho it was clean & inexpensive I would not return primarily because of the hardness of the bed and the parking situation."

"The pool and hot tub were closed, dogs running around in the lobby, we asked for a handicap accessable room and received one for a hearing impared. Without the grab bar in the bathroom my wife hurt her foot and we had to leave at day early."

"The staff is very nice. The hotel could use a little fresh up. The bathroom curtains really needed to be changed seeing that they are white. We were in town just to hike and not many hotels in luray so we didn’t have much of an option. Stay was professional and very nice."
