wounderful little 1950s style, contemporary gem.

very nice little hotel. very 1950s setup but very contemporary inside. My room was awsome very very clean. the bed was wounderful. the only thing was the bathroom light lacked illuminating the shower. the owner has set up a wounderful hotel. i highly recomend. the price was very good.

Quiet and Nice

Check in was done with phone, which was really cool. It was really quiet, which I liked. It's an older motel, so some wear and tear was evident, but it was clean, and the bed was really comfortable.

Comfortable but lacking

Motel does not have road appeal but our room was clean and comfortable. Bed had form topper and was very comfortable. Shower was small but great water pressure. Overall maintenance of facility lacking, but no issues with room during our stay.

Extremely tranquil, and the lodging was very pleasant; they’ve provided just about everything one might want or need for a multi-day retreat. Very nice location, not too far from town should you need to go, and near some fun state parks well worth visiting. Highly recommend a stay here!

Housekeeping needed

We booked this based on the 7.5 on Hotels and 4 on google. Don't make the same mistake. The motel is pretty rundown.(I don't know about the cabins). Our room was not clean. It hadnt been vacuumed. The refrigerator was dirty inside and on top. There was mold in the shower. The bed WAS comfortable, I'm happy to report. The a/c was weak but worked. I see several 10/10 reviews on Hotels. What I saw didn't reflect that at all.

The room was clean; however, carpet is extremely old and needs to be replaced, kinda gross to even walk on it. The bathroom door wouldn't shut and the panel was catching on the frame ready to rip apart. The shower head would not adjust and only produced a little stream of water, the water temperature is very difficult to adjust, the water is more hot and burned my scalp. No where to put anything, only floor space and a serious lack of outlets. It's a great place other than the condition of the room.

Loved This Place

We had a funky, eclectic cabin (#11). While this kind of place isn’t for everyone, we loved it. The cabin was small but had everything we needed. The king bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking simple meals. Swim towels were provided which was nice for the springs. Our only suggestion would be to please provide a blanket/linens for the futon.

Maggie is an excellent host. I had a great time. The property is a little old but that’s the charm of it. The heater worked great and everything was comfortable but Maggie is who made the stay fun. She really works hard to make you comfortable. Sure, you might wish for the place to be a little more updated but all the charm is there.

Central location to down town and hot springs. Egyptian sheets were amazing! Shower was small but water pressure was amazing. Bathroom looked to be in the middle of an improvement project. Radiant heat missing cover. Overall cozy.

We tried the cabins there and our cabin was sinking which caused the doors to stick. Also the cabin is not big enough for 2 adults and a teenager. The rooms may be better for a family like ours(space wise) We liked the quietness that was there.

First off the Place is Old but they've tried to update so its not Terrible its a tight parking lot so no trailers, TV did not work but whis there to watch tv, The Hot Springs are Awesome the Mexican Restaurant was Good but Expensive (like everything in that area) i would stay there Again if i were in the Area
