I highly recommend this hotel. The service is excellent, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed here three times already and will definitely be back. The hotel is very clean, and the pools are well maintained.

I don't know the name of my cleaning lady, but she made my mornings enjoyable during my stay. Kudos to Ms. Glenda, even though I'm unsure of her name, haha. We encountered an unpleasant odor in our shower that seemed to be coming from the drain, reminiscent of sewage. If you took a bath and then attempted to shower afterward, the tub water wouldn't drain properly. The shower couldn't drain simultaneously while the tub was emptying, resulting in a sewer-like smell that was quite overwhelming. We were staying on the 29th floor of the W Hotel.

The room was nice and clean. Check in was quick and easy. Plenty of light, especially in bathroom for make up. Big mirror for outfit checks. The bed was really comfortable. I didn’t gamble or drink there so no opinion on that but otherwise a great place to stay on the strip
