"Conveniently located in Xintiandi in Shanghai. Very foreigner friendly area and so were the staff. Lots of dining and shopping options around the hotel and 2 different metro lines were minutes away from the lobby. The property itself is spotlessly clean and quite luxurious, it also houses a 2 star'd Michelin restaurant which we enjoyed very much."

10/10 Excellent

"Helpful staff, always on hand to assist with queries, luggage and umbrella! We had a Junior Suite which had a lot of room and great en suite. The only downside was that the sauna was not available. Located next to New World City with access via the hotel and ideally situated for Nanjjng Road and shopping. The Sky Dome Bar has excellent views. Highly recommended!"
