"Newly renovated property just finishing the last upgrades like new exterior tiles. Lobby was spacious, staff helpful & check in prompt. Room was newly upgraded, excellent WiFi, great pool and breakfast was outstanding continental with hot options like sausages, scrambled egg, omelettes and waffle maker. Overall a great stay and would stay again."

"My family and I stayed in one of the 2 bedroom condos. The rooms were excellent and view of gulf was nice. Overall staff is very friendly and property has been rebuilt beautifully. "

"Great place to stay. Town is a 10 minute walk with Tram and golf cart if you prefer not to walk. Events for the kids every morning. Italian restaurant on property is delicious. Plenty of other food options so you don’t need to leave. "

"I would definitely recommend. The staff was nice, the room was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good as well. The only thing during our stay was that the ice machine wasn’t working, but when I called the front desk, they were able to get me ice and bring it to our room, which was excellent service."

"Quick trip to relax. Perfect location right on the beach! Several different room views available- I would choose beach view next time but my room was just perfect. Mid week was nice and quiet, really was just what I needed!"

"The area is still recovering from hurricane Ian. Most places are still rebuilding. Lani Kai has come along way still has the fantastic beach nice rooms good food can't wait until the roof top bar and restaurant opens their getting close. Hopefully on our next stay. Our get-away "
