The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the area was gorgeous! Would absolutely stay here again.
The only thing- not the hotel's fault- is that expedia maps it in completely the wrong place. Do NOT trust the expedia map or google maps.

Beautiful gardens and pool with many things to do for families. A room with a view has a new standard. The staff was wonderful. The food in the lounge was more gormet in appearance than it was appetizing. Plan to eat in town.

My parents enjoyed the place thoroughly. The room was nice and clean, and the service was great. We booked the panaroma view room and the balcony was nice. It has a washing machine too. We would definitely stay here again if we come to visit again.

Hotel is situated in the middle of a beautiful park with many ponds filled with carp. It is meticulously maintained with many walking paths. The hotel staff is very polite & friendly, although some don't speak a lot of English. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Room was beautifully decorated & very clean with every amenity.

Centrally located. Four floors total. We got a nice view of the water facing the lake. Staff was extremely helpful and they go out of their way to help. Tip: get WeChat App and add the hotel contact and communicate with the language of your choice (ours: English).
Breakfast was good but they don’t know how to make omelets which was disappointing!
All in all great experience.
Hotel manager: ask your chef to learn to make omelets.

Exceptional service! The reception team was wonderful—always kind, attentive and happy to help. Even after checkout, they carefully arranged delivery of a toiletry bag we had left behind. Very clean and updated style and decor of bathroom and room. Child friendly because our room came with cute bedsheets and even had a resident plushy, and a kids table with blocks. Toothbrushes, and shampoo for for adult and child was a nice thought. Right next to the pedestrian street but not noisy. Free washer use but the dryer is wonky. Still loved my stay

The hotel staffs are excellent and super kind. After checked out the hotel and I was on my to next city, I received a test message from the front desk staff and was told that I left a bag in the room I didn't even notice. They sent the bag to my next destination so I didn't need to worry about it. Unfortunately I didn't ask her name, but everyone works there deserved a hat off for the excellent job they've done.

It's a 4 star hotel. I got a big room with the front door facing the lobby and dining hall and back door facing the front street but it was quiet, no noises from the street (it was the 4th floors). A huge king bed and everything is so comfortable. The back of the hotel will take you to shops and then commercial districts; in front of the hotel is a river and then you can walk to Elephant hills.
