"I had a prolapsed disc and the duty manager was brilliant and placed my room on ground floor. However I could not order food service via the laptop and had to walk to restaurant, the service was very poor, the staff were brilliant but quite clearly under staffed. "I was working 1mile from hotel so location was key. A few nice pubs nearby - 10/15 minute walk. Very comfy hotel and big bed.
