Very clean. Staff was super. Front desk person was very nice and even gave our daughter a little goodie bag she had made up for all the kids. The breakfast attendant kept everything stocked. It was very busy but she kept up a friendly and approachable demeanor and helped my daughter with the waffle ...

Staff was accommodating, beds were comfortable, plumbing problem in our first room..sink & bathtub did not drain. The standing water was unacceptable, so I asked for another room & staff moved us to a room close by. The second room was fine.

What a great place for a quick weekend! We have kids in the area so it was nice to have the extra room to be able to have them visit and come for a meal! Great location, close to many venues and restaurants. We will be back!

I saw 2 people SELLING drugs in the hotel, people exchanging money after entering hotel rooms for 20 minutes then leaving.. The staff, besides Joe Huebner were respectful to me the entire stay. The ONLY issue besides general safety concerns? Joe.

Alright town but you could tell it was on the lower class side of Grand Rapids
