Mi estancia en este Hostal fue terrible, para empezar nos dejaron entrar hasta las 2 pm, cuando se supone que el Check-in era a las 12:30 pm, me hicieron el cargo a la tarjeta y después me cobraron en el hostal, engañándome que según lo iban a cancelar para que me saliera mas barato, agua fría, el personal me corrió a las doce cuando el check-out era 12:30 y todavía me cobro 40 pesos por persona, todavía le comente que me dejaron entrar tarde y me dijeron que no les importaba que levantara mi queja si quería, el chavo se puso agresivo intimidandome y mas te da miedo porque estas en un lugar que no conoces y sabes que las cosas en el estado están difíciles, no hubo ningún tipo de desayuno. las fotos no concuerdan para nada con el hostal, esta sucio y sin pintar. No recomiendo para nada este hostal

Excellent stay
Check in was friendly and efficient. Room spacious and comfortable. Plenty of showers and toilets. Decent breakfast and kitchen space for guest use. Cute outside space with an adorable family of rabbits. Hostel is located centrally so really easy to find and get out to explore Xalapa and surrounding area. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay on a budget.

Hostal bonito y artístico
El hostal es muy bonito y tiene mucho arte. Y el jardín con los conejos está muy a gusto. Está muy bien ubicado y la zona donde se ubica está muy bien. El cuarto amplio y tiene un mueble muy práctico para guardar las cosas. Las camas muy cómodas. Lo que si no nos agradó fue que el cuarto olía a humedad y que no estaba limpio, tenía mucho polvo. Los baños bien pero sólo hay un lavabo y al ser compartido no es práctico. El jabón estaría mejor si fuera líquido por lo mismo q el lavabo es compartido, es más higiénico.

Austero hospedaje, buena atención
La atención es buena. El desayuno es escueto. Algunos de los demás huéspedes no respetan guardar silencio durante la noche y sí puede incomodar su plática/barullo. Cerca del centro, zona segura y tranquila.

Hostal agradable, muy céntrico y seguro.
El hostal me pareció bastante cómodo, sin duda regresaría. El único detalle es que el agua caliente dura muy poco, pero en general es una gran opción para su viaje.

Agradable estancia
Super bien el ambiente del hostal, en general la limpieza es la adecuada, es un lugar tranquilo y seguro muy cerca del centro, llegas caminando desde cualquier lado, el personal fue muy amable y nos dieron siempre excelentes recomendaciones. Seguro regresaría, inclusive con familia.

Gran opción a una cuadras del centro.
Cómodo, limpio y muy agradable a un precio insuperable. Y por si fuera poco pueden ahorrar aún mas usando la cocina común para preparar sus propios alimentos.
