Clean hotel, nice breakfast. Rooms very comfortable. Staff very friendly but don’t speak much English Location a bit far from temples. Too cold in hotel lobby and restaurants - seems that only the rooms are heated. Sauna / steam room weren’t working

万豪的房间一流，服务更是一流

一向万豪的服务水准。房间宽敞干净。配合万豪金卡房间有升级。特别赞的是服务人员，前台的Christ Huang，礼宾部的一位男士（非常不好意思忘了名字），尽管在周六checkin的晚高峰，一直帮我们协调无烟房，非常耐心非常好。周日返回宾馆时中餐厅虽然已经过了1：45的下班时间，但餐厅部（微信名F）非常热心的帮我们打包食物并送往前台。总之，酒店硬件条件好，地理位置好，服务更好。btw，酒店餐厅的刀削面真的很好吃。 另外，万豪酒店虽然在山外，但是开车进山也就20分钟，位置特别方便，下次来必须还住在这里。强烈推荐

1. in room temperature 27.5° ,no air conditioning, concierge suggest open the balcony door。2. F & B no choice, only buffet or Chinese restaurant 3. Elite hotel around mount wutai

The place is quiet and serene and lived up to the 5 star hotel standards. The breakfast was great and service was good! The only flaw would be that it is at the outside of the entrance of mount wutai and a distance away from the central wutai area. The property is rather new and our driver had a hard time trying to get there. But if you do have a driver, it is one of the more or most elite hotels around that area.

Staying was great experience. As good as any other staying in Marriott hotels but with specific Wutai Mountain view. Some small problems to be improved. But this is normal to any new hotel. Young staffs and very friendly.

非常美！

地段虽然不在景区内，但是很安静，环境一流，新开的酒店，服务人员都是训练有素的，亲切而贴心，如果餐饮再好点就更加完美啦！连住了三天，吃同样的早餐有点腻啊！

超级好的景观！

应该是现在五台山最好的酒店了吧，环境很好，虽然在景区外面，但是这里清静啊！每天酒店上午和下午都各有一班去景区的往返专车，机场大巴也直达酒店的门口，还是很方便的！就是早餐有点单一，连住三天都没啥变化，有点吃腻了，如果餐饮再加强点就完美了！酒店的工作人员也都训练有素，很贴心！
