"Second stay at this ryokan after a perfect stay last year. Location is perfect - on the willow-lined river street close to onsens. Quiet, comfortable rooms. Public and private onsen on site, excellent dinner served at the restaurant.
Air conditioning wasn’t cooling the room completely, but staff were accommodating with extra fans. Thank you Kaki for another wonderful stay."

"Excellent hotel with friendly staff who were very accommodating to tourists who didnt speak Japanese! We were a little disappointed in the food but if you enjoy traditional Japanese ryokan cuisine, you'll probably appreciate the meals. We personally preferred the more modern Japanese food we had elsewhere on our trip."
