Feels dated, I’ve been staying here for 10 years and nothing has changed/ been updated in that space of time. The western food options used to be good but definitely lacking now. Rooms are fine but just feels a bit tired especially for the price.

Staff spoke almost no English. The air conditioning in my room was broken and it took quite a few tries to explain and find a solution. The Hotel is nice but the rooms are little bit worn, clean but not new.

Great rooms, awful food.

Unfortunately the food at this hotel is terrible. You’d expect better from IHG but of course the YZ CP is not going to be the same culinary experience as the HK CP. Different price structure of course. The restaurant mgr did do his best though to make us welcome.

Not value for money

The hotel is located in the new town, with 15 ~ 20 mins' by tax from the the city center, hence there is not much to see at the neighbour hood area. The room is clean and with good condition. Thehotel gym is also fully facilitated but the spa is poor.

R U DOING YANG ZHOU CITY? A MUST STAY~

I LIVE AND OPERATE OUT OF FU JIAN PROVINCE SINCE 2005. THIS WAS MY FIRST EVER VISIT TO NAN JING AND YANG ZHOU CITY, (and all of its surrounding farming and factory areas). THIS PARTICULAR HOTEL AND STAFF WAS A BRIGHT SPOT IN ME AND MY BUSINESS PARTNER'S EXPERIENCE FOR JUST 5/FIVE DAYS! I HAVE ALREADY TRAVELED TO OVER 24 COUNTRIES, (and counting), THUS HAVE STAYED IN MORE HOTELS THAN I CAN EVEN NAME! THIS HOTEL IS IN MY TOP 10/TEN LIST....ALL THE WAY AROUND! I EVEN MET THE "GM" FACE TO FACE...HOW DELIGHTFUL HE WAS! VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND REALLY CARED ABOUT HIS WORK, HIS HOTEL, ITS STAFF AND HOW WE FELT ABOUT OUR STAY! {How refreshing!} IN THE END, I NOT ONLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO OTHERS LIKE-MINDED AS ME, BUT TO JUST ABOUT ANYONE ELSE ON THE PLANET WISHING TO VISIT THIS MARVELOUS CITY! THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME! ***GODSPEED IN ALL THINGS LIFE!*** ALL THE VERY BEST TO YOU & YOUR FAMILIES! LEW~ l.e. wilson = lew~
