"We were doubled booked by you!!!! The whole experience was a bad stay from the minute we stepped in the door. When I called for reservations the person on the other end of the phone told me it was going to be $250 to stay. I told him it was too much & wasn't paying that. so, he transferred me to comfort inn aroused the road. He called it his sister hotel. We shouldn't have been charged for both. When I went to the front desk to tell him something was not right that we should be at comfort inn, he said we would be charged by Expedia if we left. & we had to contact your company. The guy at the front desk said no problem I can call & cancel that reservation at comfort inn for you. Then we got the run around again. We would like a refund from you for double booking us. I hope this get resolved. we never made a reservation at Holiday Inn!!!!!!
