"Excellent location if your next flight leaves from T2. Hotel shuttle leaves T1 every half hour ON TIME from T1, pillar 11. About a 15 min ride to hotel. Free shuttle in the morning. Highly recommended stay. "

"If you like brutalist architecture with a high-end feel then this is the place for you. If lots of concrete and ultra modern decor is not your thing then avoid. It wasn’t really our thing. The shop on site was well stocked. The cleaning staff and some of the front of house staff were cheerful. Cannot fault the sea-view room. Comfortable bed. Lovely big bathroom. Super clean. Tiered breakfast dining room involved different levels and steps which could be a struggle for elderly people. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Coffee was ok. On a lay-over didn’t use the pool or gym so can’t comment but looked good. "

"Clean room. Staff very mediocre. Poor service. NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE. front desk will help yoh find a taxi BUT WILL NOT VERIFY HOW MANY LUGGAGES YOU MAY HAVE. Front desk called a taxi, the taxi driver wanted to charge 5,000 extra won on top of a base of 15,000 won simply for a third check in luggage. Front desk did not try to resolve the issue and went back inside, then the taxi left. I would recommend using the uber app that allows you to clarify whether you want a larger or smaller taxi and gives a range for price (we paid less than 11,000 won using Uber)"

"During the last portion of my vacation, I fractured my ankle and the staff at Holiday Inn Incheon Songdo were very nice and helpful. They loaned me a wheelchair to use and moved my husband and myself to an accessible room. Special thanks to Jess at the front desk who helped me find a medical clinic nearby where I was able to see a doctor and get X-rays done. And thanks to the concierge man (forgot his name) downstairs who helped with luggage and got my wheelchair. The hotel is close to Costco, Tri-Bowl, Central Park and lots of small eateries nearby. The subway is right beside the hotel which we didn’t use. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. Hyundai outlets are also close by. Room is decent size and very clean. "
