"After having stayed at the Lotte hotel, the Plaza, and the Westin Josun, the Westin was by far the quietest room we stayed in. To be fair I stayed in rooms that either faced the City Hall or the Gwanghamun area. This whole area can get quite loud with weekend protests or festivals. It might have been quieter if I had stayed in rooms that faced the opposite direction.
All were equally clean and well maintained with the Lotte showing the most wear in the rooms with tired decor and scratched furniture.
The Westin was still located very close to a lot of attractions in Myeongdong and conveniently close to the subway and the Lotte shopping mall.
The fitness center was well appointed with a weight room- free weights and machines, bikes, treadmills, and yoga mats. Like the other hotels, you could also borrow shorts, shirts, socks, and even sneakers here! The sauna was very clean and not crowded when we went in the morning. It was included as part of our stay but normally there is a charge to use the facilities.
Overall, I would recommend staying at the Westin and would stay there again on my next visit to Seoul."
