There are 27 stairs before you can reach the lift- this is not stated in the website and is a major problem when you have heavy luggage. Entering from the other side of the bldg means that the taxi cannot enter because of a barrier so you have to carry your luggage and walk to the apt. which is not near. The communication is very slow. Sometimes you do not get a response for a few hours . There are minimal needed items in the apt- for example there is no can opener or bottle opener.....The manager/owner is very rude and I have never encountered this type of rude talking except for this place. During my stay there was a major blackout and they had not even thought about putting candles in the apt. When I contacted them they expected me to go to a store and buy candles, I asked them to deliver. They delivered after an hour but did not bring a lighter or matches......
