I recently arranged a stay at this hotel for my niece and parents, and overall, the experience was great. The front desk staff was friendly and easy to communicate with, which made the process smooth. I had requested a surprise birthday cake for my niece, and although there was a delay, the hotel still followed through and made the moment special for her, which I really appreciated. The hotel was very clean, and the staff in general were warm and welcoming. Thank you for helping make her birthday memorable!

Very friendly and kind staffs! I stopped Yerevan 1 night to see Khor Virap and arrived from Tbilisi at evening time. I asked staff to arrange car and they arranged it so smoothly with various suggestions. I checked out hotel at very early morning and asked to call taxi. They arranged so smoothly with kind suggestions! Comfortable equipment, kind staffs, I really recommend this hotel. I am traveling around the worlds and stayed so many international hotels. But I really recommend this hotel.

I’ve been staying at this hotel since 2017 . This place is getting worse every year . This is the 3rd time in past 3 years I am getting a dirty room and bunch of long hair in the towels . Cleaning is 0. The showers are falling apart . Towels are very old ( overused ) . Front desk managers Tigran and Armen and their staff are very nice , plus those guys behind the bar .
