"The Hill House was nice, clean and comfortable. I arrived by bike as I was doing the cross Korea bike route and the staff let me lock up my bike outside right next to the front desk. I felt safe about this spot. I ate at the hotel restaurant and it was pretty good. The staff was super friendly. The room was comfortable but nothing too fancy."

"Great place, quite far from the slopes. There is a shuttle but it was not consistent and there wasn't a schedule available. Also, if your driving it is difficult to find parking near the slopes so go early. "

"The whole hotel is very tired and not very well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. A shame that the cafe was in disrepair as it would have been great to start our day with breakfast. On the other hand, there was plenty of secure indoor storage for our bicycles in the cafe. Rain shower and hand held wand in bathroom was excellent. Room temperature was perfect with heated floors. Bed fairly comfortable, sheets and towels very clean. Overall a great stop on the cycling route."

"Noteworthy bed...extremely comfortable bed and I'm speaking as a bad back for 30 plus years. I the middle of the city with convenience stores and solid local restaurants within a 10 minute wall. Very well maintained and everything was clean. Recommend very highly."

"The view is fantastic, and the management is very professional and helpful before, during and after your stay. Also, the yard in front is big and has a lot of toys and equipment for kids and family to use. The one thing I would take note of is that you cannot control the room heat on your own, because it is a pension and not a hotel. "Great spot not too far from the four Rivers Trail! Chill little town with good restaurants and grocery stores/convenience stores. Staff was super friendly and very helpful and they have dedicated bike parking at the hotel. They can make simple food in the house if you’d like, or there is a self-serve Ramen bar for very cheap."

"First, I know minimal korean, and I am a vegetarian who don't eat onion garlic, but dairy products is fine. From Jamsil station Exit 5, walk till you see a signage says 7000 on one side, there will be a queue, and tell the driver you're going to Seorak Bus Terminal(1st Stop!) Try catch it at 1230pm (or even earlier for seats) to catch the shuttle bus(location to wait @ see 1st photo) to the village otherwise cabbing there is approx. 30,000 won. The bus ride approx. 1 hr, and wait for shuttle...
