"Our 2nd stay at the Grand and once again it exceeded all our (high!) expectations. Legacy is just outstanding - amazing good and exceptional service from a passionate, knowledgeable and committed team. Rise was very good too for dinner. Less keen on the buffet style breakfast experience. Having travelled the world staying in 5* hotels the doorman team are by far and away the best we have ever experienced. Excellent reception team too - courteous, efficient and friendly. We will be back!"

"We stay here on regular basis. Our room this time was good but small. Rooms of the same type seem to be very different in size. Unusually unwelcoming receptionist - just a blip not a trend they are usually much better. Good bar, great location, parking discounts available."

"The hotel has a cosy feel. The ceiling in dining room was lovely. Some of the staff were rude. I was very disappointed that you couldn’t get coffee after 20.45 every night or before 11.30 am."

"As always I was not disappointed ! Made very welcome at Reception and remembered as a regular visitor. All very nice and comforting. The room was warm , the bathroom heated and a really huge comfy inviting bed . Our go to Hotel when visiting Bradford and just off the motorway."
