Set on the hillside overlooking the lake. Surrounded by mixed forest with lots of bamboo. Great views of the lake from the hotel! Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Not the best location but good environment. (1) Exellent breakfast buffet; (2) Staff were helpful; (3) Not easy to walk from the bus station to the hotel location especially when you have baggage. They do have complimentary taxi services to and from the hotel, but when you arrive in the bus station, you will not able to figure out how to get the services.

Excellent views from terrace and room. Breakfast could have been better. Make sure to rent a car to go around the lake.

The service was exceptional. The check in staff were extremely attentive and personable. The free breakfast buffet was delicious and different day to day. The complimentary bike rental allowed us to easily explore the lakefront. The property is on an ecological center and there were daily sightings of monkeys around the property which was a highlight. Hotel arranged free taxi to and from the bus station which was slightly over 1 mile away. Would definitely stay here again.

員工親切有如舊識 親切 善體人意 房間清潔 設備屬新 早餐用心準備 燉煮蔬菜還加當歸 湖景大露台是別的飯店所沒有的 庭園造景有情境 有腳踏車供環湖騎行 有特約人員維護 連維護人員都很親切 還有一隻可愛橘毛穿梭各個角落 幫忙招待住客....

這是我第二次住宿竹石園，CP值很高，房間很大風景很美早餐很不錯。但是這一次住204房的熱水很難調整並沒有恆溫，忽冷忽熱這是比較遺憾的一點。

環境清幽的住宿，早餐在户外享用很愜意～

四人房空間大，還有免治溫座馬桶。但住宿地點離日月潭熱門觀光區有點距離，建議把想吃的想喝的先買好再進來。

很適合帶小孩來，下午兩點到十點有免費的冷泡紅茶、飲料、餅乾及泡麵。早餐也是豐盛不馬虎，算是cp值高的飯店！房間也算乾淨，有需求飯店也會提供，陽台可以看到日月潭美景。可惜熱水很燙要小心，浴室可以再加強一下，至少有免治馬桶蓋。

廁所的除濕能改善霉味會很棒 空間很大，服務人員人很好 此行拍婚紗也有幫忙升級房間 但早餐的部分因為隔天很早起也很貼心在前一天有提供餐盒 但比較可惜的是因為裡面有沙拉，不太敢吃隔夜沙拉，怕隔天拍照自己肚子敏感容易不舒服 如果能當日早上再提供餐盒會更好喔

そこそこのホテルです。リピートはないかな。。

夜7時以降は食べるものが自動販売機のカップラーメンしかありません。周囲にも飲食店もコンビニもないので、ご注意を。 自転車はみなボロボロでハンドルもガタガタで怖かったです。 でも、2連泊したためか無料にしてもらえたので文句は言えませんね。 レストランは床に髪の毛のかたまりが落ちていて不衛生でした。せっかく景色は綺麗なのに残念です。 台湾のホテルはこんなものですかね。。日本の方が値段も安く清潔だと感じました。

房間內部雖然老舊但還算乾淨，床很大軟硬適中，木地板相對衛生，但洗澡的蓮蓬頭角度很奇怪，無法正常姿勢站者淋浴。 經營上有待加強，早餐很普， 晚上無啥娛樂，員工嚴肅不親民，其實住起來感覺更像是民宿而不是飯店。另外就是覺得步道沒有好好規劃很可惜，雜草叢生，如果能多加整理相信可以成為不錯的賣點。
