Had a great stay here, big thanks to Mr. Deng 小邓 at the front desk. Super helpful guy, made everything easy. Helped me figure out the metro and pointed me to some awesome local food spots that weren’t just the usual tourist stuff. Felt like chatting with a friend, not just hotel staff. Place was clean and solid overall, but Xiao Deng definitely made the trip better. Cheers man!

I couldn't imagine how came the overall rating for InterContinental down to 4 but this is the one of the best hotels I've ever been stayed. Spacious room, invincible cleanliness, and super friendly and accommodating staff. The transportation is not a problem for me either as long as you go to the concierge service in the luxurious lobby, and then they will quickly help you dispatch and Taxi to everywhere in Changsha city. The building is pretty new as they just grand opened early last year. It...

The room is a good size and has a cozy layout. It is well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and the place is clean. The environment is pleasant; the rooms have windows and don't face the street—overall, it's a great place. The front desk staff provided excellent service! Highly recommend!
