This is a bait and switch. They claim this is for musicians and the room is sound proof. Don’t believe them. I am a music producer and left within one hour of my stay. They assured me they would refund me the next day and they didn’t. Stay away from here. They are liars too.

One more time in Madrid and the Riu is the perfect place to stay, close to everything you will need to see and really great restaurants and stores. The staff is amazing, from the bellboy to the receptionist, they always make sure that your stay is safe and pleasant. Always my place to go back.

Very charming hotel right in the middle of everything you want to see. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. You can walk to any of the hotspots in Madrid. Really enjoyed the restaurant adjacent to the hotel. Due to being a patron, you receive 10% off.
