Very happy with our stay.

This is a apartment with a small kitchenette. We were on ground floor with own outside door to small patio overlooking laid out grass area. Great for our 2 little dogs. Nice park next to building for walking dogs. Had a settee and tv. Staff pleasant and friendly. Wifi very good. Unfortunately plates in cupboard had not been washed from previous occupants or l would have given perfect score. Charged 7 euros for dogs.

Spacious and clean accommodation

Easy to find, plenty of parking and in a quiet location. The building is shared between it's elderly residents and paying guests. Keys to the rooms were in named envelopes on the front desk. Spacious, clean room with balcony and well equipped kitchen area.

2e fois que je viens. Cette fois un petit studio avec 1 lit simple et un seul oreilner tout plat. Dommage. Par contre tres propre, calme et correctement equipé. Bemol : quand a votre arrivé on vous dit a gauche apres la receptipn prenez a droite. Ils m'ont fait le coup a chaque fois. En plus, numeros des chambres ne sont pas dans l'odre. C'es tun pue dure de s'y retroyber

concept original

Le concept est original! Un "appart' hôtel" au sein d'une résidence pour personnes âgées. Beaux studios bien lumineux, vastes et confortables, avec une petite terrasse. Le secteur est très calme, aucun problème de stationnement. Le GPS est indispensable pour trouver la résidence, particulièrement bien cachée. Seul le petit déj, un peu basique, laisse à désirer.

Simple mais parfait comme d’habitude.

Je loge régulièrement dans cet hébergement lors de mes déplacements professionnels à Moulins. C’est atypique et agréable de ne pas être dans un hôtel anonyme. Possibilité d’échanger avec les adhérents. Studio au Rez de chaussée, qui donne sur les champs, simple calme et propre. Il manque juste un ventilateur en cet période de canicule. Mais la Chambre était à 25 au plus fort, donc supportable.

C’est un EPHAD !

En fait c’est un EPHAD qui loue des chambres ! C’est déprimant. Et il n’y a rien autour. Pas de restauration possible le soir à l’EPHAD. Nul sauf si vous avez 90 ans. Et en plus cher !

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet établissement, qui se trouve en réalité au sein d’une résidence accueillant également des personnes âgées. Ce point n’était pas mentionné dans la description, et il me semble important de le préciser, car cela peut ne pas convenir à tout le monde, même si le concept en lui-même est tout à fait respectable. Les parties communes, notamment les couloirs, rappellent davantage un établissement médicalisé, autant dans l'aménagement que dans l’odeur ambiante. Cela crée une atmosphère particulière qui peut surprendre. Concernant la chambre : elle était spacieuse et propre, ce qui est un bon point. En revanche, la literie manquait de confort et il faisait beaucoup trop chaud pendant la nuit, ce qui a affecté la qualité du sommeil. En résumé, c’est un lieu qui peut convenir pour une halte rapide, mais il est essentiel que les spécificités de l’établissement soient mieux indiquées dans l’annonce.

L'appartement est vraiment bien. Sauf la literie qui nest pas confortable. Il n'y a pas de clim, donc avec la chaleur nous avons voulu ouvrir le volet de la terrasse : impossible. Il ne fonctionait pas.

Passable pour une nuit - propreté à revoir

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet établissement. Que les appartements fassent partie d’un EHPAD ne nous pose aucun souci, mais ça serait agréable de le savoir dès la réservation et ne pas le découvrir dans les avis laissés par d’autres clients. Ce qui nous a posé un réel problème est la (non) propreté. La salle de bains n’était pas propre, beaucoup de cheveux par terre, à l’endroit de la douche (d’ailleurs, il n’y a pas de cabine de douche). Nos chaussures colaient au sol (dans le couloir, comme dans la chambre). Le lit n’était pas confortable et les oreillers « fatigués ».

Parfait pour les séjours Pro; calme spacieux; discussion sympa avec les résidents . Logement propre mais mériterait l’utilisation de produit de meilleur qualité pour le nettoyage, histoire que ça sente bon . Petit soucis avec la télévision qui ne fonctionnait pas mais qui a été remplacé dès que possible.

Sejour en famille.

Sortie familial avec 1 nuit à Zenao , Constat: tres bonne literie, mais temperature trop haute ! Coin tres tranquille, tres appreciable! Par contre d' ordinaire je paye quand j arrive CAD" Sur place" hors on m a débité dans la journée de vendredi, et ça je n apprecie pas! Je passe toujours par Hotels.com et non Expedia! Pourquoi mes interlocuteurs me parlent toujours d ' Expedia! C est insupportable! Des ameliorations devraient etre faites! Svp, merci de faire le point necessaire.
