A very clean and well-maintained hotel in an excellent central location right on Krupówki. It combines modern comfort with traditional charm and style. Our atrium room with a balcony was spacious and comfortable, making it an excellent choice for families. Our family had a wonderful stay in Zakopane.

Love the location, right in the main strip. Room was Very clean, the only improvement I would suggest is to add microwave and refrigerator to the room. The staff very accommodating, friendly and everything was ready for our arrival. The breakfast was amazing - great spread of food for the whole family.

I thought our room was air conditioned, but it wasn't. Fortunately it was cool out. We didn't get our room cleaned or new towels, but the front desk have is 4 towels and 2 bottles of water. They were very helpful and friendly.
